We currently do not offer exchange or refund for change of mind, so please choose carefully.
If you have received a faulty or damaged item/s please email us at info@playandwonder.com.au within 7 days of receiving the items. To be eligible for a return, please ensure all goods are in their original condition that you received it, un-open and not used.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We may contact the Australian Distributor for their assessment of whether an item is deemed faulty. If approved, then your refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment.
