Shipping Policy

Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed and dispatched from Melbourne. If there is a delay, our team will be in contact with you via email or phone. Standard delivery timeframes from 2-5 days Victoria, and other states 3-6 days.

There may be a delay in your order during busy periods such as Sale, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and Christmas period.

We ship to most postcodes in Australia. There may be additional fees to remote/rural areas. If there is, an email will be sent to notify the recipient of any additional charges. We are happy to refund the order if the recipient is not willing to pay the additional charges.

Once the item has been fulfilled, we will not be able to amend any shipping addresses. Play and Wonder is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.

Shipping for bulky items/ dropship items
Bulky items must be sent with Authority to leave, it must be shipped to a physical address and cannot be shipped to a parcel locker or PO Box. It may take up to 3 business days to be dispatched. Please ensure an address is provided with a safe place to leave or where someone will be present at the premises, as we cannot take responsibility for packages after they have been safely and correctly delivered.

Local Pickup
If you're local to us you can click and collect your order for free from Blackburn VIC 3130. This can be arranged by appointment, please contact us on 0437 817 431

Please note some items are sent directly sent from our distributor which is stated in the item description and may not be eligible for free click and collect. Therefore, you will incur a shipping fee invoice separately.

Undeliverable Mail
If you have provided an incorrect address the item must be returned to us in order for redelivery. Or the customer receives a collection card and not taken reasonable steps to arrange redelivery or pickup from the nominated pick-up location within the designated time frame. We will require the customer to pay the actual cost charged by the shipping carrier for re- posting the item.
